New to Reformer Pilates? This 4-week beginners course is designed to give you a clear, confident introduction to the Reformer in a supportive and structured setting.

Across the course, you’ll learn the foundations of Reformer Pilates, including how to set up the machine correctly, move with control, and understand the purpose behind each exercise. Classes progress gradually, allowing you to build strength, coordination, and confidence week by week.

Course Details:
• Duration: 4 weeks
• Class length: 50 minutes
• Day & time: Mondays at 7:30pm
• Level: Beginners (no prior experience required)
