Cancellation Policy:
We value your time and ours, and we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
Cancellations or changes made 24 hours or more in advance can be completed at no charge via the link in your confirmation email or by contacting us directly.
Cancellations/Reschedules made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in 100% charge of the scheduled session/class price or credit from your membership/class pack.
No-shows will also be charged 100% of the service price.
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we aim to be as flexible as possible while also respecting the time set aside for each appointment. Anything less than 24 hours leaves us little chance to fill that space. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Memberships/Packages: Our Packages and Memberships are valid for sole use only and cannot be shared amongst family/friends. However you may bring a friend to one of your sauna sessions for an additional charge of £20.
Appointment times: Your appointment will be held for 15 minutes after the allocated time, after this it will be classed as a no show and charged in full. Please note that if you arrive late, the duration of your appointment may need to be cut short although we will of course try to acommodate the full time when we can.
Classes: Classes will start promptly at the class start time and the door will be locked for the safety of our instructors and community so please insure you are on your mat ready to start on time. If you are not at the class on time your booking may be classed as a no-show and charged in full as it will not be possible for that space to be filled. Thank you
Respect & Conduct Policy: We strive to create a welcoming and respectful space for our customers, staff, and community. To maintain this environment, we reserve the right to refuse service or entry to anyone who engages in disrespectful, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior towards our venue, team, or guests.
