Cancellations: Due to limited capacity and booking available we have a 12 Hour cancellation policy. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment or class via your confirmation email or drop us an email unto 12 hours prior to your session time and you won’t be charged a thing.

Please note that after this time, late cancellations will be charged 50% of the treatment/class cost. Cancellations or changes made 1 hour before and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost. The cancellation limit per person is 6, after this you will no longer be able to make bookings via the website and will need to call us or pop in to make a booking.

Memberships/Packages: Our Packages and Memberships are valid for sole use only and cannot be shared amongst family/friends. However you may bring a friend to one of your sauna sessions for an additional charge of £20.
