Yang Yin Yoga
Recharge your body and mind in our Yang Yin Infrared Class, the perfect fusion of dynamic movement and deep relaxation, enhanced by the healing power of infrared heat. This unique class begins with a Yang-style flow, combining energising poses and mindful movement to build heat, improve strength, and boost circulation. The second half shifts into Yin postures, where longer, meditative holds help release tension in the fascia and deepen flexibility. The gentle warmth of infrared heat enhances detoxification, soothes joints, and supports cellular recovery, leaving you feeling grounded, open, and revitalised. Whether you’re looking to unwind from a busy week or deepen your flexibility and inner stillness, this class offers the best of both worlds.
Barre
Sculpt, Strengthen, and Stretch: Elevate your fitness routine with our Infrared Barre Class, a dynamic fusion of ballet-inspired movements, Pilates principles, and strength training. This low-impact, high-intensity workout targets every major muscle group, enhancing core stability, flexibility, and overall strength. You will be expertly guided through precise movements designed to tone your arms, sculpt your legs, and define your core. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned fitness enthusiast, our Barre Class offers modifications to suit all levels. Leave feeling strong, energised, and balanced, ready to take on your day with renewed confidence and poise.
Yin Yoga
Yin yoga is a slower more meditative practice, giving you space to tune into your mind and the physical sensations of your body. Targeting the deeper connective tissues, including the fascia, ligaments, joints and bones, poses are held for longer periods of time to power wash energy to those harder to reach areas.
Based on the principles of traditional Chinese medicine, we learn to breathe through discomfort and sit with our thoughts. By stretching and deepening into poses, we’re opening up any blockages and releasing energy (Qi) to flow freely.
Yin yoga is the perfect way to balance out the fast-paced, active lives we lead, providing a slower, more meditative counterpart. It is also an ideal practice for anyone who is dealing with injuries or a chronic condition, like arthritis or osteoporosis, and can be a great starting point for anyone interested in meditation.
Flow Yoga
Our Flow Yoga is a dynamic Vinyasa practice, prioritising breath and movement. Vinyasa yoga can energise and build heat within the body, We maintain a smoothness to the breath and a stillness to the mind which brings a balance into the nervous system. We will run each class with a central “theme”, this allows us to direct our energy into certain places and become aware of the more subtle elements of specific postures. Working with set themes also allows us to deepen our yoga asana (posture) and create foundations to advance our practice each week.
