Our classes take place within our fully integrated infrared studio featuring the first-ever near infrared incandescent bulbs designed entirely with humans in mind. Our bulbs deliver 2-4 x more red & near infrared irradiance than any other bulb on the market, all through a beautiful red-stained, artisan made, mouth-blown hard glass .

Weekly Vinyasa Flow Yoga - Tuesday 7pm
Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic practice, prioritising breath and movement. Vinyasa yoga can energise and build heat within the body, We maintain a smoothness to the breath and a stillness to the mind which brings a balance into the nervous system.
We will run each class with a central “theme”, this allows us to direct our energy into certain places and become aware of the more subtle elements of specific postures. Working with set themes also allows us to deepen our yoga asana (posture) and create foundations to advance our practice each week.
Weekly Barre - Monday 7pm
Barre is a 60-minute full-body workout inspired by the conditioning, alignment and discipline of ballet. It focuses on small, precise movements, working muscles that maybe you never even knew existed! This type of movement will: help you develop perfect posture, improve your general level of fitness and provide functional strength and mobility to take you through everyday life.
Monthly Yin Yoga - Sunday 6pm
Yin yoga is a slower more meditative practice, giving you space to tune into your mind and the physical sensations of your body. Targeting the deeper connective tissues, including the fascia, ligaments, joints and bones, poses are held for longer periods of time to power wash energy to those harder to reach areas.
Based on the principles of traditional Chinese medicine, we learn to breathe through discomfort and sit with our thoughts. By stretching and deepening into poses, we’re opening up any blockages and releasing energy (Qi) to flow freely.
Yin yoga is the perfect way to balance out the fast-paced, active lives we lead, providing a slower, more meditative counterpart. It is also an ideal practice for anyone who is dealing with injuries or a chronic condition, like arthritis or osteoporosis, and can be a great starting point for anyone interested in meditation.
